2018 was full of so many fun trips and fun projects that I'm sad to see it go!
It's always fun to look back a bit and I tend to be surprised at the number of projects I managed to finish since I feel like my 9 to 5 gig gets in the way of all the things I want to make.
I love January and the start of the New Year. I love making lists and goals, especially for stitching projects. Plus the chilly weather always jump starts my productivity by keeping me indoors. Right now I'm working on the 2019 Tea Towel calendar from the amazing September House. I've done a few of her tea towels from previous years. I love them and I try to buy one right away when she's got a new pattern up as they tend to sell out.
So with stitching well under way, I'm trying to get that cozy Hygge feeling around the house and enjoy the wintery weather while it lasts. I know that Spring will be here soon enough and I'll miss sitting by the fire, snowy walks, and snuggling under thick blankets.
I hope 2019 is starting off great for everyone! Happy New Year and happy stitching!
